Linda has over 20 years experience of working in the social housing sector, the last 6 years of which have been within consultancy. Linda has worked across the whole spectrum of the social housing sector including traditional housing associations, LSVTs, ALMOS and Local Authority Council Housing. She is a qualified accountant, is certified PRINCE2 and is a qualified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Linda’s expertise is extremely wide and includes financial management, performance management, change management, repairs and maintenance services and VFM and efficiency, including Lean thinking. Linda has carried out major change projects including setting up LSVT finance departments, has performed a number of business turnarounds and has been instrumental in raising the performance of a number of RSLs and ALMOs.
Ian has 15 years experience of running repairs and maintenance DLOs and 5 years of working in consultancy. He has undertaken repairs and maintenance service reviews and mock service inspections, developing service improvement SMART action plan. Ian has a track record of delivering significant performance improvement be effectively diagnosing operational and financial weaknesses within the DLO and working with DLO teams to identify options for improvement. Ian has been involved with DLO benchmarking and market testing.
Robert has 18 years of experience of performance management both within the housing sector and the public sector (NHS). Robert applies performance and business improvement methodologies to businesses, with a focus on continuous improvement in performance and productivity, whilst containing costs.
Sophie has 22 years experience in the social housing sector working within traditional housing associations and ALMOs. Sophie is a qualified accountant and specialises in Value for money, medium term financial strategy, cost reduction, market testing and benchmarking.
Caroline has 17 years experience in the social housing sector and specialises in improving front line housing management services, carrying out service reviews and mock inspections, impact assessments and performance reviews.
